職務内容

  • Coordinate the delivery of procurement services across the three tiers of the operational model through close collaboration and partnership, which include Business Unit Procurement, Global Services, and the Corporate Tier.
  • Gain an in-depth understanding of business priorities and work with Procurement Category Leaders to craft strategies that further these priorities.
  • Foster collaboration with senior business leaders to ensure the adoption of Procurement initiatives that cater to identified business needs.
  • Keep a keen eye on industry trends specific to Japan and the business area, integrating them into category strategies to ensure continued relevance to the business.
  • Lead strategic sourcing projects in Japan designed to tackle pressing business challenges.

理想の人材

  • A bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Business or Supply Chain Management.
  • Demonstrated expertise in procurement, strategic sourcing, and project management.
  • Exceptional leadership capabilities and a knack for collaborating with multifunctional teams.
  • Outstanding communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of the healthcare industry would be advantageous.
  • Fluency in both Japanese and English are a must
