Job Description

  • Oversee and manage all indirect procurement activities
  • Implement innovative procurement strategies to drive cost-effectiveness
  • Establish and maintain relationships with key suppliers
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment of procurement strategies with business objectives
  • Lead the procurement team in contract negotiations
  • Monitor supplier performance and ensure compliance with contractual obligations
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements within the procurement function
  • Manage risks within the supply chain and implement mitigation strategies

The Successful Applicant

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher
  • At least 3 to 5 years of experience in procurement (indirect)
  • Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent negotiation and relationship management abilities
  • Good knowledge of supply chain processes in the industrial/manufacturing sector
