Job Description

  • Research and recommendation on diversity and inclusion issues
  • Creation as well as implementation of inclusion plans
  • Coordination of disability services and alignment of all respective affected areas like recruitment and retention
  • Conduction of research on best practices
  • Maintenance of relationships to diversity related organizations in order to set up cooperation and improve the image of the company's brand
  • Prepare trainings for diverse teams and build relationships among colleagues

The Successful Applicant

  • Degree in business/economics, HR management, social science or other related fields
  • At best, practical experience with diversity management
  • Experience with the development of training sessions advantageous
  • Intercultural competences
  • Ability to assess difficulties and teach people to overcome them
  • Well-developed communication and interpersonal skills
  • Business level English and Japanese
