About Our Client

This client provides software solutions and services for the hospitality, food service, retail and entertainment industries. The company currently is launching a new PMS system for the hospitality market and is looking for an Implementation Support Consultant who has experience both with the hospitality industry and has some knowledge regarding technology.

Job Description

  • Provide full implementation of food and beverage POS system for hotel and restaurant environments at the customer site or remotely.
  • Understand user's requirement, install and setup equipment, configure systems and input restaurant or hotel data, test the system and provide local user training.
  • Consult the client regarding the system and make sure the customer adoption goes smoothly.
  • Work with internal technical team like Product, Development and Support to ensure good implementation process.
  • Travel to client locations may be required.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree from relevant field or equivalent work experience
  • Experience with handling IT projects and user training would be an advantage
  • Experience with food and beverage or hotel POS systems would be an advantage
  • Previous work experience in a hotel or hospitality sector would be an advantage
  • Native level of Japanese, conversational English
