職務内容

  1. Strategic HR Planning: Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and implement HR strategies that support the growth and success of our retail operations.
  2. Talent Acquisition: Lead recruitment efforts for retail positions, including developing sourcing strategies, conducting interviews, and ensuring a seamless onboarding process for new hires.
  3. Performance Management: Provide guidance to retail managers on performance evaluation processes, goal setting, and coaching to drive employee development and performance improvement.
  4. Employee Relations: Serve as a trusted advisor to retail managers on employee relations matters, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievance handling.
  5. Training and Development: Identify training needs within the retail organization and coordinate the delivery of training programs to enhance employee skills and capabilities.
  6. HR Compliance: Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies across all retail locations, partnering with legal and compliance teams as needed.
  7. Data Analysis and Reporting: Analyze HR metrics and trends to identify areas for improvement and inform decision-making at both strategic and operational levels.
  8. Change Management: Support organizational change initiatives within the retail business units, providing guidance and communication strategies to facilitate smooth transitions.
  9. Employee Engagement: Develop and implement initiatives to enhance employee morale, satisfaction, and retention within the retail workforce.
  10. HR Projects and Initiatives: Lead or participate in cross-functional HR projects and initiatives to drive continuous improvement and innovation within the HR function and across the organization.

理想の人材

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • 5+ years of progressive HR experience, preferably with at least 2 years in a retail or consumer goods environment.
  • Strong understanding of HR principles, practices, and employment laws, with global HR experience preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to build effective relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proven track record of driving HR initiatives that support business objectives and enhance employee engagement and performance.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • English and Japanese communication ability
