About Our Client
Our client is an international Hotel & Restaurant group with almost 5000 properties in 100 countries in the world. They are now going to open a new luxury hotel in Tokyo and looking for a new Hygiene & Food Safety Manager to join the crew.
Regularly perform audits in the F&B areas.
Implementation and compliance with the HACCP and ISO standards.
Control the receiving of raw foods and advise the corrections.
- Control the compliance of hygiene and food safety requirements.
The Successful Applicant
Good knowledge about regulations, hygiene and food safety standard.
Diploma or certificate related to food safety.
Good knowledge about the good practices in the hotel/tourism industry is preferable.
