職務内容
HR foundations (40%):
⚫ Payroll and its related transaction: handle a monthly cycle and transaction on time without mistake. Handle a transaction on accounting related and government related reporting/documentation
⚫ C&B: lead and manage C&B following C&B annual activity calendar. Provide C&B service on needs basis
⚫ Budget planning & management: planning and reporting. Forecasting and gap management.
⚫ HR policy governor and custodian: get it alive on dairy operation/business and govern it. Review, revise, and add a policy
HRBP (20%):
⚫ Talent Acquisition: FTE and temp, and other contractor. Be responsible for a whole TA process
⚫ CoE: performance management, talent review, and succession plan. Training support and coordination
⚫ ER(Employee Relations): PIP and counseling out/employee issues/sexual and power harassment/mental issues etc
For external and recruiting usage only
⚫ OD (Organization Development): be responsible for all OD matter from dairy to mid-term activities
⚫ Other global project: on needs basis, lead and roll out/localize a global program/project into local needs
General Affairs (40%)
⚫ Office management and employee support: office management, office supply management, corporate fix assess management, employee dairy support, ex. business card arrangement, corporate car management and its insurance management etc. On/off boarding support. Other misc support under the EF
⚫ Legal local hub and its related tasks: a contact point between internal and external (lawyer). Manage and maintain the related services, including documentation and its filing. Legal training coordination, such as code of conduct and harassment training etc, which is legally necessary and a part of Coty's programs.
⚫ Ariba (SAP PO) and procurement related: Contact point for PO related tasks. Ariba training, following any change of the rule and including a part of an induction program. Other procurement related touch point.
⚫ Corporate Affairs (CA): Town hall meeting lead. Touch point for external and internal communication (role under PR/MKTG EF is excluded). Handing CA matters on the regional CA requests as a local hub.
