You will be a standalone HRGA Manager for Japan who will also be working closely with peers in the APAC region and in HQ.

Job Description

  • Main point person for any HR related queries in Japan
  • Management of employee information
  • Make sure the company's policies are in line with Japanese labor law
  • Oversee entire HR employee life cycle from on-boarding to off-boarding
  • Performance management, ER, succession planning
  • Internal and external stakeholder management

The Successful Applicant

  • Good communication skills in Japanese and English
  • At least 5+ years of HR Generalist experience in an international environment
  • Updated with Japanese labor law
  • Experience working with overseas counterparts
