Job Description
- Communications with both management and employees in a professional manner
- Enforce company rules including employment policies and procedures
- Payroll management & analysis
- To develop, implement and deliver employee training and development solutions relevant to the business
- To control employee evaluation process, propose incentive and pay raise plan based on the results of evaluations
- To conduct employee survey, plan and execute improvement plan
- To source and hire new staff
- Proactively respond to all employee related issues
- Budget control for the department
- Reporting to and communications with APAC HR headquarters on all important HR related issues
The Successful Applicant
- HR management experience in a progressive company
- Strong understanding of best HR practices and labour laws
- people management experience
- ability to communicate in English and Japanese (reading and writing)
