1. Develop and implement HR strategies and policies in alignment with the company's goals and values.
2. Oversee recruitment processes to attract and retain talent in the region.
3. Manage employee relations, ensuring a harmonious and respectful workplace.
4. Conduct performance evaluations and provide career development opportunities for staff.
5. Collaborate with senior management to develop and execute compensation and benefits programs.
6. Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations.
7. Facilitate training and development programs to enhance employee skills and competencies.
8. Monitor and analyze HR metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
9. Manage the HR team, providing guidance and mentorship to ensure team effectiveness.
10. Act as a key advisor to the regional leadership team on HR-related matters.

理想の人材

1. Bachelor's degree.
2. 10 years of progressive experience in HR.
3. Experience in a multinational or diverse work environment.
4. In-depth knowledge of JAPAN employment laws and regulations.
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
6. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
7. Fluent in both Mandarin and Japanese, English is a plus.
