職務内容

  • Responsible for full spectrum of HR functions, including talent acquisition, talent management, learning and development, employee engagement, performance management, retention, C&B, etc.
  • Provide fast and solid support to the leaders in growing, building, retaining their teams through active talent acquisition and retention strategies
  • Drive the annual performance management process, merit increase processes
  • Support organizational change management and development strategies
  • Work in close collaboration with Finance to plan, forecast, implement and control the personnel-related cost budget; initiate and steer corrective actions in case of deviations
  • In charge of daily HR operations (e.g time management, payroll, onboarding, offboarding, benefits/social insurance administration, contract management and other HR related administration)
  • Ensure the compliance of HR activities with legal, tax and social security, relevant labor law and labor security issues
  • Constantly ensure timely adaptation to all legal changes regarding employment
  • Support the leaders in resolving employee disciplinary, grievances, conflicts and performance issues

  • 3 years HR experience
