The Successful Applicant
The successful candidate would possess the following:
- 5+ years of HR Generalist or HRBP experience
- Familiar with Japanese labor law
- Experience with Performance Review or Talent Management
- Experience working in a Japanese company
- Strong communications and problem solving skills
- Language skills: fluent in Japanese and business level in English
