Job Description

The main responsibilities would include:

  • In charge of managing all HR functions including workforce planning and performance management
  • Advise executive team on the best HR policies
  • Ensure that employee relations are dealt in a professional manner
  • Work with the management on attracting and keeping the best talents to ensure positive business outcomes

The Successful Applicant

The successful candidate would possess the following:

  • Around 5 years of relevant HR experience
  • Business level for both Japanese and English (Chinese is an advantage)
  • Flexible and proactive
  • Strong communication and people skills
