Job Description
The main responsibilities would include:
- In charge of managing all HR functions including workforce planning and performance management
- Advise executive team on the best HR policies
- Ensure that employee relations are dealt in a professional manner
- Work with the management on attracting and keeping the best talents to ensure positive business outcomes
The Successful Applicant
The successful candidate would possess the following:
- Around 5 years of relevant HR experience
- Business level for both Japanese and English (Chinese is an advantage)
- Flexible and proactive
- Strong communication and people skills
