Job Description

  • Collaborate with HR team to deliver HR services, performance management, employee relations, and L&D initiatives.
  • Partner with business leaders to provide HR guidance and implement HR strategies.
  • Support employee relations, including conflict resolution, performance, and disciplinary actions.
  • Contribute to HR policies and programs to boost engagement and retention.
  • Stay updated on HR trends, recommending process improvements.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor, addressing employee inquiries and HR concerns.



The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Bilingual in English and Mandarin; Japanese a plus
  • ~5 years of HR experience with strong understanding of HR practices
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; able to collaborate across levels
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
  • Proactive, resourceful, and able to work independently or in a team
  • Knowledge of Japanese labor laws is a plus
  • Passionate about HR and committed to continuous learning
