Job Description

The main responsibilities would include:

  • Day to day HR tasks
  • Advice stakeholders regarding current and future HR policies
  • Making sure that HR policies, processes and systems are efficient and up to date
  • Work with employees and management on improving employee relations and issues

The Successful Applicant

The successful candidate would possess:

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Fluent in both English and Japanese
  • Analytical and goal oriented
  • Experience working with stakeholders
  • HR Generalist/HRBP experience of at least 5 years
