Job Description
The main responsibilities would include:
- Work with senior managers on headcount planning and execute with the rest of the HR team
- Advice senior leaders in prioritizing peole related targets and policies
- Lead people related activities and initiatives for company activities
- Make sure that performance managemement processes are in line with the company's standards and timeline
- Approach people related policies from a holistic point of view and ensure that it is in line with the company's goal of promoting diversity, equity and inclusion in the workplace
- Execute and communicate C&B related policies to members of the business unit you will be in charge of
- Handle employee relations issues professionally and advice both managers and employees on how to deal with it
The Successful Applicant
The successful candidate would possess:
- Strong communication skills in both Japanese and English
- At least 5 yrs. of HR Generalist experience in a multinational company
- Analytical and goal oriented
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Experience working with multiple stakeholders
