Job Description

The main responsibilities would include:

  • Work with senior managers on headcount planning and execute with the rest of the HR team
  • Advice senior leaders in prioritizing peole related targets and policies
  • Lead people related activities and initiatives for company activities
  • Make sure that performance managemement processes are in line with the company's standards and timeline
  • Approach people related policies from a holistic point of view and ensure that it is in line with the company's goal of promoting diversity, equity and inclusion in the workplace
  • Execute and communicate C&B related policies to members of the business unit you will be in charge of
  • Handle employee relations issues professionally and advice both managers and employees on how to deal with it

The Successful Applicant

The successful candidate would possess:

  • Strong communication skills in both Japanese and English
  • At least 5 yrs. of HR Generalist experience in a multinational company
  • Analytical and goal oriented
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience working with multiple stakeholders
