職務内容

* Provide partnership and consultation related to workforce and resource planning, performance management, change management delivery, and employee & labor relations within the Japan team

* Support people leaders in Japan to develop effective management and leadership strategies, giving them the tools to succeed aligned with the Leadership Principles

* Facilitate the delivery of regional leadership and local people development programs * Undertake the full range of recruitment, selection and appointment for Japan, supporting Leaders with onboarding activities

* Provide input for quarterly and annual business planning, and outlines resourcing and "people" implications / considerations

* Provide input to Centres of Excellence (CoEs) to define and implement forward-thinking workforce strategies and solutions to meet business and local environment needs

* Execute and drive Diversity, Equity & Inclusion activities

* Support regional implementation of CoE-driven processes, policies and initiatives

* Gather requirements to help with the development of HR programs, processes, and policies for a specific business unit based on local business needs

* Support change execution, supporting the Japan team to understand and embracing changes

* Refer employees to the Employee Experience Centre (CoE) or the appropriate service channel to resolve inquiries / transaction requests and provides self-service coaching, as appropriate

* Bachelor's Degree

* Demonstrated ability to partner with business leaders to drive business success

* Ability to communicate in Japanese and English at a high level

* HR Operations understanding

* Experience in the development and effective delivery/facilitation of training programs to achieved specified learning outcomes

* Ability to apply HR knowledge/experience across all HR policies, programs, processes, and functions

* An ability to interact proactively with management and staff at all levels of the organisation to

improve culture and drive change

* Strong internal consulting skills, with working ability to influence change

* Ability to translate global business requirements into workable local solutions
