A subsidiary of a leading and highly reputable global bank, our client is a Financial Services firm specialising in securities, fixed income and investment advisory amongst a wide range of financial services and products to their clients globally.
As the Human Resources Business Partner, you will be working closely with senior management to drive and support the firms business through strong talent acquisition, talent management and HR advisory. You will carry out the firms end to end recruitment process, from sourcing, interviewing, offer management, to new employee orientation.
As a newly created headcount for the firm, you will be responsible for implementing new talent management activities and tools. Including performance management, training & development, promotion and succession planning. You will also review and revise the firms HR policies and practices to ensure HR best practices, moreover, ensure the compliance with Japan employment law and government regulations. In addition, you will be responsible for delivering HR analytic reports, through surveys internally, and external market trend reviews, for strategic HR decision makings. You will also assist the Head of HR in managing firm wide C&B projects including salary review, bonus review, benefit review, budgeting and forecasting.
The successful candidate should have at least 10 years of progressive HR generalist experience with talent focused professional services firm or financial institution. A strong driven individual with analytic skills, track record experience in fast paced and results driven environments. You should be familiar with Japan labour law and relevant regulations, and hence speak fluent Japanese.
