About Our Client

Our client is a Fortune 500 business, and they're known for offering a great work environment with fantastic work life balance and outstanding benefits. They have a total of 200 employees between Japan and Korea. They're a well known brand within the Financial Analytics & Technology space.

Job Description

  • Onboarding, and arranging HR orientation for new joiners
  • Talent Acquisition support, and managing all of the temporary hiring including liaising with agencies
  • Maintain and implement new HR Policies
  • Conduct internal seminars and discussions around career development
  • Liaise with HR operations teams in both the Region and Global
  • Operate HR System, and keep it up to date - provide HR reports and analytics

The Successful Applicant

  • Fluent Japanese, and business level English (Korean will be an advantage)
  • 2-4 years of HR operations experience in a dynamic environment
