Job Description
- Onboarding, and arranging HR orientation for new joiners
- Talent Acquisition support, and managing all of the temporary hiring including liaising with agencies
- Maintain and implement new HR Policies
- Conduct internal seminars and discussions around career development
- Liaise with HR operations teams in both the Region and Global
- Operate HR System, and keep it up to date - provide HR reports and analytics
The Successful Applicant
- Fluent Japanese, and business level English (Korean will be an advantage)
- 2-4 years of HR operations experience in a dynamic environment
