職務内容

The main responsibilities would include:

  • Ensuring employee life cycle is running smoothly (from on-boarding to off-boarding) for offices in Japan and Korea
  • Share best HR practices with the local and regional team
  • Make sure employee policies are up to date with Japanese labor and Korean labor law
  • Implementation of new functions, procedures through the HR system on a timely manner
  • Coach and advice managers on how to handle delicate HR matters in their team
  • Work with the other HR teams (HRBP, TA etc.) on all HR processes
  • Lead the team by example - this role will be a playing manager

理想の人材

The successful candidate would possess the following:

  • Excellent communication skills in Japanese and English (Korean a huge plus)
  • Strong HR Operations experience in an international environment (experience in HR Shared Services is a plus)
  • Well versed with Japanese labor law
  • Multiple stakeholder management experience
  • People management experience preferred
  • Regional experience a plus
