Job Description

  1. Analyze and optimize compensation schemes for all levels of employees
  2. Review and update HR policies to align with legal changes and business needs
  3. Manage special projects related to compensation and HR policies
  4. Provide expert consultation on compensation and policy matters within the HR department
  5. Collaborate with global teams to ensure alignment with international standards

The Successful Applicant

  • University degree (Bachelor's or Master's)
  • 5-10 years of experience in Compensation & Benefits and HR Policies
  • Knowledge of Japanese Labor Standard Law
  • Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
  • Excellent communication skills in Japanese and English
