Job Description

  • manage compensation and benefits processes and procedures (MBO, sales incentives, annual and monthly reports)
  • support the annual appraisal cycle
  • support salary reviews and bonus payments and prepared the related reporting
  • benchmark to analyse competitive salaries
  • coordinate with regular and temporary staff to work effectively with the payroll vendor
  • manage the attendance system
  • support for forecasting and monthly cost controlling
  • operate HRIS system at the local level
  • report directly to the Director of HR
  • identify gaps in existing HR policies

The Successful Applicant

  • English and Japanese communication skills
  • strong HR operations experience across vendor management, C&B, budget control and attendance management
  • experience working in a multinational organisation
  • proactive with business acumen
  • comfortable communicating with anybody in the business
