The main responsibilities would include:
- Oversee overall HR Operations
- Ensure that current processes and policies are efficient and inline with local labor law
- Implement initiatives in relation to People Operations
- Analyze data and propose solutions
- Mentor and provide guidance to team members
The Successful Applicant
The successful candidate would possess the following:
- Excellent communication skills in Japanese and English
- At least 5 yrs. of HR Operations/HR Generalist experience
- Updated with Japanese labor law
- Knowledgeable in payroll and social insurance
- Proficient in Workday
