Job Description
- Ensure compliance of HR regulations
- Administer payroll operations
- Attendance management
- Support social insurance programs
- Maintain HR database
- Onboarding/offboarding coordination
- Support hiring tasks
- Participate in HR annual planning and other initiatives
- Answer inquiries and provide effective support to all employees
The Successful Applicant
- 4+ years of payroll and/or HR generalist experience
- Strong communication skills
- Japanese fluency and business level English
- Knowledge of Japanese labor laws
- Ability to multitask
- Interest in humanitarian work
