About Our Client
Our client is a well known French manufacturer with 1,000 people in Japan and approx. 15 people in the HR team. This company has long history doing business in Japan offering job security.
- Contributes to the development and execution of the business strategy, driving organizational capability development and representing the people and organization dimension in the management team.
- Drives the key HR processes in the business including strategic planning, organization capability development, staffing and Recruitment, performance management and Talent Management
- Reviews and evaluates the training effectiveness of programs
The Successful Applicant
- The applicant should have approximately 10 years of relevant HR experiences
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
