About Our Client

An internationally operating German automotive part supplier with offices globally. The company develops and manufactures lighting, electronic components, and systems for the automotive industry.

Job Description

  • Manage the staffing process with the system (Workday), including interviewing, hiring and onboarding
  • Ensure job descriptions are up to date and compliant with all local regulations
  • Involve to a compensation market and pay surveys
  • Ensure the organization's compliance with local regulations
  • Ensure company policies comply with Japan Labor Law and update & register to the Labor Standard Office
  • Maintain company organization charts and employee directory
  • Conduct performance and salary reviews
  • Handle monthly payroll and incentive payment
  • Handle all HR related documentation including monthly invoice
  • Facility management/arrangement

The Successful Applicant

  • +5 years HR experiences
  • Knowledge of Japan labor law
  • Self-management skill with self-started attitude
  • Proactive personality with passion to drive business growth
  • Japanese : Business level - Native / English : Intermediate - Business level
