職務内容

* Fill the open positions timely in Gunma Plant and Okuni Warehouse by clear understanding on requirement of hiring dept., appropriate selecting/expanding recruiting channel and managing the recruiting process working with APAC T&A team

* As HRBP for Operations, implement and manage the HR related initiatives & project in Gunma Plant (ex: Performance Management Process, Training & Talent Management, Employee Engagement activities, Employee Communication) to support the APAC/Japan HR strategy

* Manage Operations' Headcount and be involved in annual HC and labor cost budgeting process working with Tachikawa HR team and Finance team

* Handle the daily labor management and employee issues/problems through discussion with Operations leaders, managers and Union representatives as well

* Manage and develop the subordinate to improve the quality and effectiveness of HR and GA activities (Job assignment / OJT training / Goal Setting / Performance review)

* Improve the employees' benefit and reduce the OPEX by negotiation with counterparties (ex: recruiting agents / meal vendor)

* Manage G&A related matters in Gunma Plant and Okuni Warehouse

* Work with Operations team and EHS Specialist for plant EHS activities (ex: Coordination of EHS Committee / Safety patrol / Health counseling by industrial doctor)

* Execute other tasks and/or related duties/projects assigned by HR Director based on the business needs

理想の人材

◼ 5 - 10 years experience in the Human Resources Function;

◼ English and Japanese Bilingual, if foreigner needs to hold N1 Japanese business level;& Permanent Residency in Japan ;

◼ Multiple-skilled HR professional experiences/capability cross entire HR modules is required, including hiring, organization design, workforce plan, total reward design, performance mgmt., training and development, employee engagement, leadership development, etc.;

◼ Strong influencing and stakeholder management skills;Strong execution capability with solid biz acumen, high learning agility, passion to learn and grow, high resilience to work under pressure;

◼ With experience/capability to be a change agent in business organization, talent & leadership solutions development and delivery, especially ever working in a fast-growing business/organization is preferred;

◼ Demonstrated strong change management capability, with solid experience to support a business transformation growth - high growth, org. & talent capability build/refresh, cost efficiency, culture build, etc.
