職務内容

  • Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other employee perks, and serve as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries.
  • Oversee training and development initiatives to enhance employee skills, knowledge, and job performance, with a focus on safety, compliance, and continuous improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local labor laws and regulations.
  • Manage employee records and HR databases, ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance with data protection laws.
  • Lead HR projects and initiatives to improve HR processes, enhance employee engagement, and support organizational goals and objectives.
