Job Description

The main responsibilities would include:

  • Main point person for any HR related queries
  • Management of employee information
  • Make sure the company's policies are in line with Japanese labor law
  • Oversee entire HR function from planning, recruitment, on-boarding to off-boarding
  • Performance management
  • Internal and external stakeholder management

The Successful Applicant

The successful candidate would possess the following:

  • Good communication skills in Japanese and English
  • At least 5+ years of HR Operations experience in an international environment
  • Updated with Japanese labor law
  • Experience working with overseas counterparts
