HR Manager - IT (Japanese and Mandarin Speaker)
Opportunity to work extensively with the regional team.
Manage a team of 3 people.
The client is a multinational company with more than 10,000 employees all over the globe.
The main responsibilities would include:
- Lead the HR team and provide daily HR solutions
- Support local stakeholders and work with HQ in terms of global initiatives
- Localize policies and processes
- Ensure all HR Operations tasks are running smoothly
The successful candidate should possess:
- Over 8 yrs. of overall HR experience
- At least 3 yrs. of people management experience
- Understanding of local labor law
- Native in Japanese and business level in Mandarin Chinese
