Support one or multiple brands as HR manager and Business Partner in the full cycle of Human Resources processes. This is both a strategic and hands-on role, ccritical in executing the company's people initiatives, providing great internal customer support, and driving HR functional excellence and process improvement to the business.

Job Description

(HR Business Partnering)
-Provide HR consulting support to managers and GM for all employee life cycles
(Recruitment)
- Plan and implement the recruitment of store and office staff from specialist to manager level
(Learning and Development)
- Collect and analyze the learning needs and propose the needed leaning
solutions to the organization
(Employees relations)
- Make regular visit to stores to understand the current situation and challenges
- Carefully monitor the motivation of the shop staff and give advice to managers,
HR members, the General Manager and the HR Director
- Give advice and support on labor issues in each store to managers and the General Manager
- Coordinate staff transfers, promotion and etc. and make a relevant proposal
on staff assignments.
(Performance Appraisal)
- Prepare and conduct performance appraisals and salary review processes

The Successful Applicant

-Japanese and English communication

-luxury or retail industry experience preferred

-approachability, integrity and trust

-7+ years of experience in HR

-stakeholder management experience

-Team spirit

-strong collaboration skills
