Job Description

  • develop a recruiting strategy, utilising effective sourcing channels
  • enhance the company's brand values
  • conduct full cycle recruitment activities for corporate positions
  • manage employee life-cycle
  • work with Head of HR to maximise the benefits of employee surveys and other communication channels to drive engagement across various teams
  • create and implement learning and development initiatives
  • work closely with the regional internal communication lead to implement a variety of global initiatives and localise for smooth integration in Japan

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree
  • proven Talent Acquisition experience
  • retail industry experience a plus but not a requirement
  • organised, attentive and good at problem solving
  • proficient in Microsoft Excel and able to assess data carefully
  • strong knowledge of HR best practices, Japanese labour laws, recruiting procedures
  • strong interpersonal skill-set
  • communication skills in Japanese and English
