職務内容
The main responsibilities would include:
- Main contact person for HR
- Internal and stakeholder management
- Work with peers in APAC on all HR functions from payroll, C&B, recruitment and L&D
- Employee Engagement initiatives
- Make sure that all Employee Relations issues are dealt in a timely and professional manner
- Advice managers on all HR related issues
- Performance management and all evaluation
理想の人材
The successful candidate would have the following:
- At least 5 yrs. of HR Generalist/HR Operations experience
- Fluent in Japanese and business level in reading and writing in English
- Strong negotiations and stakeholder management skills
- Proactive and open to challenges
