About Our Client


Job Description

(HR Services)
-HR transactions including C&B tactical duties such as health check, stress check, overtime & annual leave management, social insurances, pension (DB & DC), and benefits.
-Monthly and annual payroll working with our outsourcer and finance team.
-Re-organizing all our HR service function
-Building up and delivering the best HR services to our stakeholders
-Daily enquiries from our stakeholders and outside vendors.
-Employee relation including on/off boarding, (sick, maternity leaves)
-HR transformation
-Internal/external audit
-HRIS (Workday or Success Factor)

Not limited to;
-Talent acquisition (mid-career hire) and re-build TA team and supporting to the new HR team. -Organization development

The Successful Applicant

  • 3-5 years HR experience as HR Admin or HR Generalist

  • C&B, and Payroll

  • Japan labor law

  • MS Office (Word, Excel (V-Look), Powerpoint)

  • Japanese Native and English (Reading/Writing)

  • Independent, Proactive, Responsible, Building "Win-Win" relationship with our stakeholders

  • "Out of Box" & "To be" approach and leading to the HR Service part

  • Re-solving issues and challenging the upcoming transformation within organization

  • Prioritized all tasks and reporting efficiencies/productivity

  • Understanding multi-national firm's business operation

  • Fast-paced working experience

  • HRIS (Success Factor or Workday)

What's on Offer

1 year contract (renewable)
9:30 ~ 17:30
Weekend, National Holiday, Year-end (Dec 30-Jan 4) and Birthday off (After one year service)
