About Our Client
The client is a well known IT company with products available all over the globe.
Job Description
The responsibilities would include:
- Talent Management (including recruitment and training)
- Manage overall HR Operations
- Personnel planning
- Working with global HQ with HR policies
The Successful Applicant
The successful candidate would possess the following:
- 3+ years of HR Generalist or HR Operations experience
- Good communications and problem solving skills
- Language skills: fluent in Japanese and business level in English or Mandarin Chinese
- Recruitment experience is a must
- Labor relations experience is an advantage but not a must
- People management experience is a plus
- Experience working in a foreign company
