You will be responsible for:

  • Full-cycle recruitment activities
  • Day to day HR tasks
  • Payroll vendor management
  • HR Operations from on-boarding to off-boarding
  • Performance review cycle

The Successful Applicant

The successful candidate would possess the following:

  • Good verbal and written communication skills in Japanese and English
  • At least 5 yrs. of HR Operations/HR Generalist experience or Recruitment experience
  • Understands overall HR Operations
  • Flexible and eager to learn
  • Independent and can move in a fast-paced environment
