About Our Client

Improve upon HR policies and procedures; balancing implementation of necessary programs with a desire to maintain existing culture of light touch
Seeks and incorporates stakeholder input and buy-in from all levels in developing policies and procedures
Deliver efficient and effective HR processes for staffing, training, appraising, compensating and rewarding, promoting and managing employees in a fast-paced environment
Drive the process that attracts and onboards top talent and future leaders.
Anticipate areas to coach and counsel managers and supervisors on HR related matters
Maintains knowledge of and applies appropriately laws, regulations, and best practices in employment law, human resources, and talent management.
Develop, recommend and implement HR policies and procedures that are cost effective and resource efficient
Establish and maintain metrics that measure the effectiveness of HR processes within manufacturing and technology development environment.
Measure employee morale and determine methods for improving overall employee satisfaction.
The Successful Applicant
5+ years of Human Resources Management experience required with a preference for additional experience outside HR and an overall business acumen
Business level English, and fluency in Japanese
Proven track record of results achievement, demonstrated leadership skills, and superior technical and interpersonal skills
Proven track record ramping up hiring quickly while maintaining high quality standards
