Lead and develop the planning, design, implementation, communication and delivery of the company's HR initiatives.
- Work with key stakeholders at Director Level.
- Exercise governance oversight in key areas (EX. Policy decisions and requisition approval).
- Significant financial responsibility and employee reporting relationships.
- Over 12 Years of HRBP experience.
- Strong consultation skills on HR issues such as employee relations, staffing, compensation, HR policies and performance management.
Willing to work collaboratively and develop strong working relationships with key stakeholders, employees and HR colleagues.
Strong project management and staff development skills.
- Strong overall communication skills
- Native-level Japanese and Conversational English
