職務内容

  • Lead the HR function in Japan and ensuring full HR support for the multiple business units - Taste & Wellbeing Business Units, Fragrance & Beauty Business Units, Operations, Manufacturing, Shared functions located across multiple sites in Japan
  • Manage end to end Employee Life cycle for the Japan Team aligned to Global and Local Policy and practices
  • Establish HR as a visible and high value business partner to both F&B and T&W business units and other shared services
  • As a member of the T&W and F&B management team stay abreast of global and regional business strategies, within the framework of the Global HR strategy, translate these business strategies into HR and People initiatives, and objectives for the Country across sites
  • Deliver Talent Management processes through integrated Talent Reviews, Succession & Career Planning, Training & Development
  • Manage Talent Acquisition process attracts the best talent aligned to the needs of the business
  • Provide a source of expertise in organizational design, people management and communication to ensure that all employees are aligned to the needs and objectives of the business.
  • Lead the HR Team and provide challenging and stretching tasks and assignments; also provide support, coaching and advice for workforce planning, engagement strategies and succession management
  • Pro-actively act on business talent needs, issues and work as part of the wider HR organization to drive talent outcomes and develop the next generation of leaders.

理想の人材

  • University degree preferred or equivalent experience
  • More than 10 years' experience in Human Resources and Organizational Development within Japan
  • 5 years of experience in management role is preferred
  • Fluency in English and Japanese language
  • Track record of managing, developing and motivating team members and driving teams to meet organizational objectives
  • Deep knowledge of functional HR processes
  • Problem solving skills
  • Proven track record in stakeholder engagement and influencing
