Job Description

  • Administer HRIS system, managing all employee data with high degree of confidentiality
  • Compensation & Benefit operation and strategy, continuously finding areas of improvement to ensure employee satisfaction
  • Coordinate organizational development activities in employee engagement, culture programs and employer branding
  • Ensure compliance of HR policies with local labor laws
  • Conduct performance and employee feedback surveys, analyze results and provide insights to employee challenges
  • Answer inquiries and provide effective support to all employees

The Successful Applicant

  • Knowledge of Japan labor laws
  • Compensation & Benefits, and/or payroll experience
  • Familiarity with HRIS
  • Fluency in Japanese and Business level English
  • Ability to multitask
