- Schedule meetings and interviews
- Book required meeting rooms and prepare documents (resume, contracts, etc) as necessary
- Create job descriptions and other documents
- Data entry
- Answer phone and mail queries
- Act as point of contact for HR team, receive and pass on messages
- 1 year + of Admin experience preferred
- Business level Japanese and English is required
- Flexible and able to adapt to sudden changes
- Able to show initiative
