職務内容
- Conduct performance management and make the talent pool for the future leaders
- Define the people development needs and propose solutions for it
- Recruit the talent to be next leader of the organisation
- Refine effective recruiting methods and processes
- Develop training and development programs and objectives
- Obtains and /or develops effective training materials utilising a variety of media
- Plan, organise, facilitate and order supplies for employee development and training events
- Conduct follow-up studies of all completed training to evaluate and measure results
- Develop and maintain organisational communications such as newsletters to ensure employees have knowledge of training and development events and resources
