Job Description

  • Conduct performance management and make the talent pool for the future leaders
  • Define the people development needs and propose solutions for it
  • Recruit the talent to be next leader of the organisation
  • Refine effective recruiting methods and processes
  • Develop training and development programs and objectives
  • Obtains and /or develops effective training materials utilising a variety of media
  • Plan, organise, facilitate and order supplies for employee development and training events
  • Conduct follow-up studies of all completed training to evaluate and measure results
  • Develop and maintain organisational communications such as newsletters to ensure employees have knowledge of training and development events and resources
