Job Description

  • Prepare reports on support metrics, such as response times and resolution rates.
  • Collaborate with the support team to identify inefficiencies and suggest improvements.
  • Manage and control the process of project
  • Document meeting notes and follow up on action items
  • Ability to convey information clearly to both customers and team members.
