Our client is a multinational IT Organization with business focused on providing solutions to all around the globe. They have created a strong presence in the world, with their products being used by almost every single person in today's known world.With ongoing needs in technological support, they are looking to add an IT Support Technician to join their successful enterprise. The successful candidate will be part of a team that provides tier 1 troubleshooting solutions to users.
- Logging general IT support requests and report incidents to responsible team member.
- Handle Customer-relation problems promptly and appropriately, provide guidance, escalate issues according to established procedures.
- Troubleshoot problems, use diagnostic tools as needed and escalate the problem when needed.
- Liaising with regional offices and third party suppliers to resolve user support issues
- Provide Customer with overview of installation activity, site-specific information and access to appropriate contacts.
- Familiar with networking and operating system platforms (i.e. Windows 10, Mac, Android, Linux, etc.)
- Knowledge of ITIL/ Experience with Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Basic electronic skills, and some specific hardware and operating system familiarity
- Troubleshooting and Manual Creation experience
- PC Kitting and or Active directory experience
- Tier 1 IT Support Experience
