Job Description

  • MAC hardware problem detection and handling.
  • MAC OS system problems / and software troubleshooting.
  • MAC software installation and teaching (e.g., printer setup).
  • MAC equipment safety and compliance management and abnormality monitoring.
  • Confirmation, return and cleaning of computer equipment when staffs come in and out of the office.
  • Assist users to solve daily network/telephone problems.

The Successful Applicant

  • Familiarity with MacOS/Windows installation and operation
  • Basic knowledge of TCP/IP and other networking technologies
  • Business level of Chinese or English, and business level in Japanese
  • Proactive in learning technologies outside of own area of expertise
