Job Description
- Lead the sales organization and develop effective market models
- Ensure effective communication, motivational leadership and performance management of the sales team
- Implement action plans to achieve revenue targets across assigned segments
- Maintain strong relationships with key customers and expand business opportunities
- Develop and execute growth plans to maintain the organization's market growth
The Successful Applicant
- Masters' or above in Life Science or related fields
- MBA will be a plus
- At least 5 years of Sales experience in healthcare, preferably capital equipment sales
- Good people and business management experience
- Strong sales-driven mindset
