With the client's food delivery services product and strong on going demand from consumers, the client has looked to open a variety of branches in Japan.
- Responsible for managing the growing sales team, developing a business plan covering sales, calculation the operation cost and marketing service to ensure profitable business.
- Assist in the development of the annual sales plan.
- Responsible for monitoring the performance of the sales team by creating realistic target on how to develop the business.
- Strong sales experience from the Online/Internet Industry preferred.
- Experience managing a P&L up to 10 people/
- Fluent English communication and strong communications when speaking to C level accounts.
- Experience in starting up a brand new business.
- To be the leader of a venture company in Japan.
- Work in international environment.
- Self autonomous in decision making for the business , with strong support from investors.
