- Manage division's P&L - Revenue, Pricing, CoS, SG&A allocation and Operational profit - as per contribution requirements set by regional leader.
- Coach and develop the team to achieve targets
- Partner with other divisions both locally and globally to deliver business information, market trends and services to customers
- Review/Prepare forecasts and create reports for overseas
- Industrial equipment experience
- People management experience of 10-15 people
- Experienced working in international company
- Good communication skill, strong leadership skill and know how to motivate people
- Strong English skill
