To lead the Japan sales team to sales success, through appropriate planning, execution, coaching and drive, whilst developing and maintaining relationship with customers.
  • Manage the whole sales operations of innovative hearing aid products.
  • Global report line, flex OK, working from home OK

職務内容

* Represent company to current and prospective customers by effectively building and/or maintaining the best relationships and strong mutually beneficial partnerships.
* Collaborate with Marketing team in continued development and enhancement of new products and services to situate the company in competitive position.
* Drive the performance management process to identify and correct gaps in sales execution and team member experience. Determine the key priorities for focused improvement of strategies, tactics and best practices.
* Develop and effectively manage the annual sales budget.

理想の人材

* More than 7 years of sales management experience. Ideally in B2C consumer industry.
* Management of medium size team (more than 20 subordinates), driving sales target.
* Business level of English and Japanese.
